Excavation
For an addition, pool, shed or garage, excavation usually takes 1 to 5 working days depending on depth and yard access. The golden rule: confirm buried services and soil stability before the first bucket-load.

French drain
If you see humidity, cracks or white stains on your basement walls, the French drain around your foundation has probably stopped draining water properly. Replacing it usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on yard access.

Grading
Grading corrects slopes, removes unstable soil and creates a solid base before pavers, lawn, concrete or landscaping. A typical residential yard takes 1 to 5 working days depending on area and how much imported material is needed.

Concrete slab
An early-cracking slab almost always has a base problem, not a concrete problem. A standard residential pour is 1 to 2 days plus 7 days curing before walking and 28 days before heavy vehicles. Done right, a Quebec slab lasts 30 years or more.

Concrete demolition
A residential demolition usually takes 1 to 3 days. We cut, break in controlled sections, load and haul out — without damaging what should stay or cracking nearby structures.

Sewer and water
Basement backup, low flow, sewer odour or settling ground along the pipe usually means your service connection has a problem that needs digging. A full water entry or sewer connection replacement typically takes 1 to 5 working days, plus the municipal permit delay.

Above 60-90 cm of accumulation, or if you see ice dams or ceiling water stains, it's time to act. A residential roof clearing usually takes 2 to 6 hours depending on roof pitch, area and number of storeys.
